This website is operated by The Peak Mark Clinic, 20 Sholanke Street, Akoka-Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. It gives general information about the clinic and lets you request appointments and send enquiries.

Content on this website is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician about any medical condition, and never delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read here.

This website and its forms are not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else needs urgent medical help, go to the nearest emergency facility or call 112, the national emergency number in Nigeria.

Submitting an appointment request does not confirm a booking. An appointment exists only once a member of the clinic's team has confirmed a date and time with you. We may need to propose a different time, and the clinic may reschedule or cancel an appointment where clinical or operational needs require it.

Service descriptions are general. Availability, opening hours and the details of individual services can change, so please contact the clinic to confirm current information before you visit.

Signing in or registering takes you to the Purple Pluspatient portal, which is operated separately and may have its own terms. You are responsible for keeping your portal credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

When using this website you agree not to:

• provide false, misleading or someone else's personal information without their permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or other users' information;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by sending malicious code or automated bulk requests;
• use the site for any unlawful, abusive or harassing purpose.

The care-team profiles on this website are placeholders that show how clinician information will appear. They do not describe real clinicians and should not be relied on as information about the clinic's staff.

The website's design, text, logos and other content belong to the clinic or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or exploit the content for any other purpose without our written permission.

This website uses third-party services, such as Google Maps, and may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
